What medium are your original paintings?

I work mainly in water based mediums; watercolor, acrylic paint, inks and pencils. Further details will usually be listed alongside each piece. I have taken every care to show the artwork size and color as accurately as possible. However, please allow for slight, inevitable variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. 

Are your paintings framed?

It varies. Most work is on paper, board or cradled wood panels. Works on paper will generally come with a mat for easy framing. Buying pieces this way allow for more flexibility in framing and is less expensive for shipping. All work is finished with a spray or brushed on varnish.

How will my painting be wrapped?

It depends on size, but paintings will be carefully packed using corner protection, bubble wrap and cardboard. Each one is unique so I take care that it is well protected to arrive in perfect condition.

Do you make prints of all your paintings?

Currently, I am not making prints of any original pieces. However, if there is something you like, please reach out. I’m happy to explore a commission that would look similar. 

I have placed my order. How soon will I receive my painting?

Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your new art piece. If that is not the case, please contact me at goodthingsmatter.art@gmail.com within 14 days to request a refund. 

Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Original Shipping fees are not refundable.
